About the College of Business @ CSU

This blog comes out of the College of Business at Colorado State University. As a College, we acknowledge that the most pressing problem facing the world today is poverty, and from poverty flows many of the world’s ills. We will teach and conduct research and outreach programs in sustainable and socially responsible business practices that will help lift people and communities out of poverty and into prosperity.

• Established in 1870, Colorado State University is a land-grant institution and a Carnegie/Doctoral Research Extensive University.  In 1956, the Colorado State University administration approved a four-year course of study leading to a Bachelor of Science in business.
• In 2011, College of Business entrepreneurship faculty ranked third nationally as the most prolific contributors to academic research publications, as ranked by the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
